Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about our services, pricing, process, and how we work with nonprofits and small businesses across Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, and beyond.
What does RonPo LLC do?
RonPo LLC builds custom websites, web applications, and mobile apps for nonprofits and small businesses. We also offer SEO, software consulting, IT consulting, and AI integration — helping teams turn ideas into tools their staff and customers actually use.
Who is RonPo LLC a good fit for?
We work best with nonprofits, small businesses, startups, and community organizations that need capable software without hiring a full in-house team. Many of our clients are mission-driven — daycares, local service businesses, faith coalitions, farms, and growing companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and manual workflows.
Where is RonPo LLC located, and what areas do you serve?
We are based in Castle Rock, Colorado. We regularly work with clients in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Douglas County, and partner remotely with businesses in Houston, Baton Rouge, and beyond.
Do you work with remote clients?
Yes. Most projects are a mix of video calls, shared project boards, and async updates. Colorado Front Range clients can meet in person when it helps; Houston, Baton Rouge, and other remote clients follow the same structured process without needing a local office visit.
What is the difference between a landing page, a web app, and a mobile app?
A landing page is a focused marketing site — great for explaining what you do and capturing leads. A web app adds interactive features like logins, dashboards, databases, and workflows in the browser. A mobile app is built for iOS and Android, installed from the App Store or Google Play, and can include push notifications and device-native experiences.
How much does a project cost?
All pricing is a starting point and scales with complexity. Landing pages start at $199+. Web apps start at $150/month or $3,000 one-time. Mobile apps start at $180/month or $4,000 one-time. Enterprise projects start at $350/month or $8,000 one-time. We will give you a clear quote after understanding your scope.
What does the monthly pricing include?
Monthly rates shown on our site reflect a 24-month partnership model that can include development, support, maintenance, and updates depending on the plan. After 24 months, an optional support fee applies; web apps may also include an optional hosting fee. We explain these details upfront before you commit.
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation on our calendar or send a message through the contact form. We will ask about your goals, timeline, and budget, then outline a practical next step — whether that is a landing page, a scoped app build, or a consulting engagement.
What is your development process?
We start with discovery to understand your users and goals, then agree on scope and milestones. You work directly with our team throughout design and development — not a handoff to anonymous contractors. We ship iteratively, test with real users when possible, and support you after launch.
What technologies do you use?
We use modern, maintainable tools including Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud and Vercel. For mobile, we build native iOS and Android experiences. We choose the stack based on what fits your project — not hype.
Do you submit apps to the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. Mobile app plans include App Store submission support. We handle the technical side of packaging and submission and guide you through the account and review steps required by Apple and Google.
Can you help with an existing website or app?
Often, yes. We can improve, extend, or modernize existing projects depending on code quality and documentation. Share what you have in a consultation and we will be honest about whether a rebuild or incremental update makes more sense.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes. Landing pages include basic SEO setup, and we offer dedicated SEO services — audits, on-page optimization, content planning, and technical improvements — as part of web projects or as a standalone engagement.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines depend on scope. A simple landing page can ship in a few weeks. Web and mobile apps typically run several weeks to a few months. We will give you a realistic timeline during discovery — not a vague estimate after you have signed.
Who will I work with on my project?
RonPo LLC is led by Ronald Porch (founder and software engineer) and Devin Porch (co-founder and project/product manager). You work directly with the people building your product — not a sales team that disappears after the contract is signed.
